Advisory
Make your ground floor captivating. Maximize the community impact of your street-level retail and supercharge demand for office and residential above.
Outsourced Ground Floor Retail Experts
If you need retail expertise for a mixed-use project, Coleman's team at HWP is your one-stop shop.
THE PROBLEM
Retail isn't your focus.
Ground-floor retail has a massive impact on the desirability of a mixed-use project.
But the cost, hassle, and long-term commitment of employing a full-time team doesn’t make
sense for most owners, even if the talent could be acquired.
THE SOLUTION
Outsource to HWP
Pay only for what you need, for as long as you need it.
We help you innovate and transform your property - making it more desirable so it can be more valuable.
We work by the hour, by the month, or by the project.
Food & Beverage
We provide ready-to-go locations so restaurateurs can focus on customers.
Frictionless growth for passionate restaurateurs
HWP has been a terrific partner for us providing capital and four excellent locations.
Team
A steady hand on the rudder.
